Welcome ...! Leigh Culture's new blog-site celebrates the wealth of creativity Leigh-on-Sea has to offer! Leigh has a long tradition of artistic activity and this seems to be growing all the time. Indeed the Leigh Art Trail, established in 1997, was due to be extended from one to two weeks this year if a little thing called a pandemic hadn't gotten in the way!
Aswell as visual artists, there are an abundance of creatives including photographers, writers and musicians connected to the town. Here you can find out about them all in one place alongside news and events.
Meanwhile, it's highly unlikely to take a stroll in the town without coming across something or someone that catches your eye. These little treasures will be under the 'Local Life' category.
